Cancelation Policy

I understand that I am responsible for paying 50% of the cost of a scheduled appointment if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. Multiple missed appointments without notifying A Loyal Companion may result in the cancellation of remaining appointments and termination of further activities at the facility. https://aloyalcompanion.com/

Facility Rules

• Dogs must be on a non-retractable 6- foot leash or shorter while in the facility except on pool deck and in the pool.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the facility, including the pool or pool area, at any time.
• Check in at the front desk prior to your appointment and before entering the pool room.
• You are responsible for your dog’s behavior while in our facility. This includes their interactions with other dogs and people. If your dog is disruptive on the pool deck, in the pool or gym, or during class, you may be asked to leave.

• Proof of current vaccinations or titers are required for Rabies and Distemper/Parvovirus. Please wait at least 48 hours after getting your dog vaccinated before bringing them to the facility. Veterinary letters of explanation are accepted in the event a dog cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.
• Dogs that have any contagious infections (e.g. kennel cough, canine flu, leptospirosis, canine papilloma virus, parasites) must get a clean bill of health from a veterinarian before coming into the facility
• If your dog has had diarrhea, loose stools, has vomited, or has discharge from the eyes or nose in the last 48 hours, please reschedule their appointment.

• Classes: no refunds.
• Custom mobility equipment: no refunds.
• Non-custom products: Unused and in resalable condition30 days from date of purchase to return product for a refund.
• Refunds of memberships, packages, labor, etc. will be assessed at the discretion of ALC staff in the unfortunate event of a pet’s death.

• I understand and agree that in admitting my dog to the use of its facility, A Loyal Companion has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog.
• I understand and agree that the staff of A Loyal Companion is not engaged in the practice of veterinary medicine and will not diagnose any condition.
• I understand and agree that A Loyal Companion, its staff and volunteers, will not be liable for any issues that arise from my use or my dog’s use of A Loyal Companion’s facilities and I hereby release them from liability of any kind whatsoever in regards to my dog(s) attendance and participation at A Loyal Companion.
• My dog is authorized to participate in all activities listed below, subject to this Liability Agreement:
  • Exercise and Conditioning
  • Recreational Swimming
  • Massage
  • Mobility Services
  • Weight Loss Services
  • Fitness/Mobility-Related Classes
• I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by myself or my dog(s) while my dog is utilizing the facilities of A Loyal Companion. This includes any harm to persons and/or other dogs as well as to the physical property of A Loyal Companion.
• I understand and agree that any problems that develop with my dog will be addressed as deemed best by the staff and volunteers of A Loyal Companion, in their sole discretion. I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved including injuries to persons and/or dogs, and damages to the facility.
• I understand that if an injury caused by my dog or to my dog requires treatment, I accept full financial responsibility for medical treatment for my dog and / or any dog or person injured as a result of my dog’s behavior.
• I understand and agree that any photos, videos, or other media taken at A Loyal Companion may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without financial or other compensation to me.
