A quad cart can be the answer for a spirited but disabled dog. The dog is supported in the rear by a custom-welded, padded saddle that mirrors the shape of the dog’s pelvis. In front, the dog is supported by an adjustable, breathable mesh harness. All quad carts come with turning front wheels and a detachable tow handle.
Because the dog is held in a normal standing position, he can use his limbs as much as possible to propel the cart. If necessary, front and rear stirrups are available to gently lift paralyzed legs off the ground. A detachable headrest is also available to allow dogs recovering from cervical spine surgery to rest their heads.
