A LOYAL COMPANION CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, per service, to the card on file with us.

A NO CALL/NO SHOW for an appointment will result in a 50% fee of the service total. If there is no card on file and you have a package, we will deduct from that package. If you are not here at your scheduled time and we have to reach out to you, it will be considered a NO SHOW.

Each appointment is a dedicated time set aside just for you and your dog. When cancellations happen without enough notice, it often means another dog misses out on the opportunity to receive quality of life support, and our team loses valuable time they’ve reserved to support your dog’s wellness.
